The conference will be held at the Preserve Oct 16,2008 .Registration is requested, several key note speakers will be lecturing about soils and conditions. This is an open invitation for all people wishing to find out what Nevada has to offer and meet the people that will growing your food.

Organic Farmers /Gardeners
Welcome Organic Farmers and Gardeners
This blog is designed to bring information to the community about the need for organic produce and local growers, that need our communities support. Only by supporting small growers can we sustain good quality organic products and continue to promote healthy living.
We welcome postings that can assist or direct the general public to growers, distributors and general information about going organic.
We do allow for sponsors to promote business on this page as most small business need a way to get their information out to the public.

There is a proposal for a high raise organic farming operation, this is only proposed the expected build date is 2009.
